We have successfully completed some USD 53.3 billion in M&A transactions since 1995 and as lead advisor has raised more than USD 19.3 billion through initial public offerings, rights issues, secondary offerings and private placements. Historically an equities house, we introduced debt capital markets to our bundle of services in 2009 and have advised on more than USD 4.3 billion in debt transactions since.
